Where do I find prices?Prices can be found on the Book Now page of our website (under the menu item Cottages & Camping. Rates vary for weekdays and weekends and for different seasons, so input the dates of your planned stay to see the correct rates. Chalet & room rates can also be found on the Cottages page below chalet amenities under the header "Chalet Rates".

How do I check availability on the website?Select BOOK NOW page which will take you to our reservation system. Input your selected dates in the boxes marked "Check-in date" and "Check-out date" and the list of available accommodation will update. Note: If you are looking to book multiple rooms for a larger group, search for one family/unit at a time, do not input the total number of people in your search. Searching for a large number of people will cause search results to show only our largest chalets instead of the total menu of available room types for that date.

Where do I find photos of the chalets/rooms/campsites?Chalets/Rooms: To see more photos of the chalets/rooms go to the BOOK NOW page and select the room type from the list. The detailed room page will show pictures of the interiors/exteriors of the rental space as well as a list of included amenities. Campsites: You can access our CAMPGROUND GALLERY page from main menu under the GALLERIES tab, or by selecting the campground gallery link on the CAMPING page under the campsite descriptions. The campground gallery contains photo albums for all the the beachfront and wilderness campsites.

When can I checkin/out?Checkin time is at 3:00 PM. You are welcome to arrive earlier in the day and enjoy the property, however room access can't be guaranteed until 3:00 PM (unless previously arranged with our staff). If arriving later then 6:00 PM, please inform us ahead of time. The room(s) will be held until 6:00 PM on the date of the reservation, after which if the guest(s) have not checked in or made arrangements, the reservation will be cancelled. Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Guests are welcome to stay on the property on the day of check-out, but the rental space must be vacated by 11:00 AM.

What activities/amenities are included with chalet rental?The rental of a chalet includes the use of the that space and all of its included amenities, which includes a fully equipped kitchen (range, fridge, sink) & supplies (dishes, cutlery and basic cookware), a TV and seating in the living room, and queen beds in the bedrooms. Chalet rental also includes access to our common areas, such as our pool, fire pits, trails, beaches and lake, and outdoor courtyard with playground, volleyball and basketball. Boat rentals and use of High Falls Waterpark facilities must be purchased separately on site. Note. Use of courtyard and outdoor pool are only available to chalet/room guests.

Are linens/towels provided?Linens/towels will be provided in the rental unit for your stay. Towels are for BATHROOM USE ONLY. You must bring your own beach towels. Please note. We do not provide daily housekeeping services.

What do I need to bring with me?Our chalets are equipped with all the essentials, but you may want to bring extra items we do not offer. We have included some suggestions below: For the kitchen - Food (no food items are included) & Extra/specialty cookware (only one set of pots and pans included) if you are planning a large family meal or a special recipe that requires items such as a blender etc. Beach towels! Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Extra blankets or pillows - with each bed, including sofa bed, we provide one set of sheets, pillows & a comforter

Can we have visitors during our stay?Yes we allows visitors. There is a charge of $20 for the day per guest. For overnight guests there is a charge of $50 per guest.

Can we bring our family dog?Yes we are a pet friendly location! Dogs must be kept on a leash, and waste properly disposed of. There is a $50 fee per pet per reservation. Please note. We have just recently taken on a pet friendly policy and we ask that all guests and their pets be respectful of our rental spaces so we can continue to do so. Any excessive mess or damage to the property, or rental unit, caused by the pet will result in loss of security deposit and/or additional charges for damages.

Can we have a campfire?Yes we allow campfires, in our designated firepits only. Firewood is available on site ($25 for one sqr ft bundle). Please note. All fires must be extinguished with water when not supervised. Children under 16 years of age MUST be supervised by an adult at all times.

How do I operate the BBQ?Each chalet is equipped with a propane BBQ (tank not included). Propane tank rental available on site ($20 full tank). When using the BBQ, please make sure the tank is properly secured, and the tank is properly turned off (by turning knob on top of the tank) when finished. To start, use the starter on the BBQ or BBQ lighter provided in the kitchen. Please note. Do not move BBQs for any reason (against fire regulations).

Is there good fishing?Yes our location as well as the surrounding area is home to many fish. The typical species we see in our lake and stretch of the Muskoka River are rock bass, perch, trout, pike and even muskey! Please note: All fishermen and fisherwomen must have the proper permits and licenses to boat/fish. We do not have any motorized boats available for rental on site. Use of paddleboats and kayaks are available with purchase of High Falls Waterpark Day Pass. We do allow boat launching for small motorboats.

If I am staying at a chalet/room/campsite, do I have to pay for the Waterpark?"Yes. Waterpark Day Passes are not included with chalet/room/campsite rental. Campers and cottagers staying with us get a special discount for Waterpark Day Pass prices. The prices for chalet/room/campsite guests are as follows: Adult (17+). $27 Child (4-16) $18 Infant (Under 4) Free Student (with valid ID) $18

How does the security deposit work?A security deposit of $100 will be held on the card on file at check-in. This deposit will not be charged to the card at the end of your stay (once a check of the space is completed by staff) if the rental space is left CLEAN and UNDAMAGED. We ask that you "leave the space as you found it". If the rental space is not clean or damage is found by management after checkout, the security deposit will not be refunded, and additional charges may apply. Please note. A violation of our listed policies, such as pet damage or smoking inside, will also result in loss of security deposit.

I need to change the dates of my reservation. What do I do?If you must change the dates or nights of your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to make the changes. Reservations can be changed without penalty up to 7 days prior to the check-in date of the reservation. Changes made to the reservation up to 24 hours prior to the check-in date of the reservation will charged a $50 fee for the change. No changes can be made to the reservation within 24 hours of the check-in date of the reservation

I need to cancel my reservation. What do I do?Reservations can be cancelled with full refund up to 30 days prior to the check-in date of the reservation. Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the reservation will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date of the reservation are not eligible for refund.

Some our sites are also equipped with electricity and water hookups (see campground on Camping page for more detail). Campers also have accesss to common areas, including beaches & lake, beach volleyball court, & trails. Please note. Use of main courtyard and outdoor pool are only available to chalet/room guests. Boat rentals and use of High Falls Waterpark facilities must be purchased separately on site. Discounts are available for campers.

When is High Falls Waterpark open?High Falls Waterpark is open June-September, 7 days a week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

What does a Waterpark day pass include?Day passes give access to all waterpark facilities for the entire day. This includes the use of our sandy beaches and waterfront, paddleboats, kayaks, waterbikes, water tampoline, slides, beach lounge chairs, beach toys, beach volleyball, picnic areas and more! Please note: All boats are non-motorized.

How do I get a Day Pass?Waterpark Day Passes can be purchased on-site at our Main Reception or at the Beach Office. Accepted methods of payment are Cash, Debit and Credit Card.

How do I get to the beach and where do I park?Once you have arrived at the property and passed the main entrance, follow signs for WATERPARK and CAMPGROUND to get to our Beach Office. At the Beach Office there will be signs for nearby parking.
