We have broken up the wedding services we offer to allow you to take advantage of the services you desire.

ENGAGEMENT/

WEDDING PHOTOS

Our property offers many picturesque locations for your wedding photos. Some of the guest favourites include in front of the waterfalls, at the waterfront on the beach with a backdrop of the Muskoka river or the towering Muskoka pines.

$150 fee

Available any time of year

Includes:

Full use of the property for the day so you can take advantage of all locations & lighting opportunities

Use of small chalet/room for dress changes if needed

CEREMONY & RECEPTION

Our property offers several beautiful outdoor locations for your intimate ceremony and/or reception services. The most popular is our large courtyard with a view of the High Falls waterfalls in the background through the trees.

Ceremony $10/guest (min $1000)

Reception $15/guest (min $1500)

Capacity: Depends on chosen venue location

Includes:

Exclusive use of chosen venue location for the event day, as well as set-up the day prior to the event if required.

One site tour with management to choose venue location, and as many site visits as you need during the planning process

Bridal/Groom Suite option:

Rent our identical neighbouring 1 bedroom chalets for your wedding day

$150/chalet for the day

Honeymoon Suite option:

25% off chalet booking

STAY OVER

WEDDING

Our property is home to 6 rental chalets, 6 coach rooms, and 27 campsites. Stay over weddings enjoy discounted rates on room rentals. If you would like more information about hosting your stay over wedding at High Falls Bay,

Min 50% capacity: 25% off rates

Full Capacity: 50% off rates

Event rates only available in Spring & Fall Seasons (excluding holidays)

Min 2 nights

Capacity: 68 people (including beds/sofa beds - see booking page for more info)

Includes:

Use of rental spaces (see Cottage Rentals page for details) and property common areas (beaches, courtyards, playground, hiking trails) for the length of your stay.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

We require each wedding event retain day event liability insurance with a minimum coverage amount of 500,000 at their own expense..

If reception/ceremony are hosted on site, we require:
- At least one site visit with management to confirm location of services on the property
- Must provide management with a list of any and all companies, personnel, and equipment (ex. tents, catering equipment) that will be brought onto the property.

We require a deposit of 50% of the reservation cost at the time of booking, the balance is due on the day of the event

EVENT SERVICES

Our property provides a beautiful and cozy venue for your Muskoka wedding. We are however, not set up for services such as catering, tenting, etc., so we have compiled a list of recommended local caterers, florists and other event services so you can customize your High Falls Bay experience to fit the needs of your dream wedding.
